Raffi's Place has been serving Persian cuisine since 1993. The restaurant serves 15 types of kebab dishes all hand cut and marinated daily. What started out as a small restaurant grew to cater to 1,000 to 2,000 guests a day and it's one of LA's most beloved Persian restaurants.

@lancheloth fr because cutting meat is hard especially fish when you have have to fillet them cuz one wrong move and you could easily slice or stab yourself and I’ve seen it happen many times

This place is a must-go-to-eat place . Always has fresh meats , staff is so professional and friendly , salads are superb, seriously it’s gem here in Glendale , Ca. Love Raffi’s Place !

Persia is sovereign in so many ways, including food. It’s amazing how thing like kebabs are given their own twist and it still blends in. I might bring in one of my Persian friends to that restaurant if I go to California.

Nationality has nothing to do with skills. To all those here thinking that an X nation food means it has to be cooked by X nationality is ill-thought. Kitchen/cooking skills are just like any other skill you acquire. You don’t need racial profiling to know what temp. to grill a tomato at.

@XrayTheMyth23 so why is mexican food in mexico amazing. and everywhere else its not. why is italian food in Italy amazing and everywhere else not so much.

@Small Floof you’re just being a close minded fool, the age of the internet has proven that this style of thinking is completely incorrect. All you’re describing is experience which anyone can develop over time.

@Who Cares? “some extent”? What extent? Right. Your opinion is a fact rather than my experience. Whatever. Just think what you want. I’m so tired of arguing with internet clowns who’s downfall is thinking they know everything.

I believe that I’ve been there before. It was super crowded, and took us about an hour to get seated. They have very big portions of food, and it is as good as it looks.

Before watching this video, I googled:

    ‘Typical Day of Persian Eating”

I was thinking of making a video and was checking to see if any were out.

I watched @ClevverStyle’s video first. Absolutely disappointing. Terrible representation of the culture by someone claiming to be half iranian.

I see this second. Amazing representation, beautiful description, every detail accurate and on point. To me this demonstrates the quality of this video. ClevverStyle has almost three million subscribers and they put out a false representation they should be ashamed of.

Thankyou for redeeming it. This video has double the views. Wonder why.

Probably because Caroline is extremely intelligent and well versed. She actually knows what shes speaking on.

Accuracy matters people 🙂 thumbs up if you agree!
